My academic path in Business Administration and Economics, followed by specialization in Political Science, shaped a multidisciplinary lens on strategy, leadership, and decision-making.

This foundation—combined with hands-on work in e-commerce, digital marketing, workflow automation, and AI—helps me design programs that are both visionary and grounded in measurable impact.

I currently lead Cognesssa & OptiAutomate to help organizations integrate smart technologies and scale. Whether corporate training, AI implementation, or process re-engineering, the goal is simple: help ambitious leaders and teams grow smarter, faster, and more sustainably.

How it started

OptiAutomate Founded

I founded OptiAutomate to help organizations integrate AI and automation into their operations. What started as a bold idea quickly grew into a company delivering real business transformation solutions across the region.

Growth & Training Impact

Through OptiAutomate, I designed and launched AI for Business training programs, training more than 2,000 professionals and signing 10+ B2B contracts with companies in healthcare, real estate, marketing, and education. These programs empowered executives and teams to adopt AI with clarity and confidence.

Cognessa Founded

Building on this momentum, I launched Cognessa as an elite advisory and training entity, created specifically for executives and consultants who want not only to use AI, but to lead with it. My goal: equip decision-makers with strategic tools and practical AI frameworks to drive meaningful transformation from within.

Exit from OptiAutomate

I founded OptiAutomate from the ground up as its first founder, building the team, attracting top trainers, and bringing in expert advisors and investors who believed in the vision. Together, we transformed it into a growing consulting and training company delivering AI-driven business transformation.
By September 2025, after scaling the company and securing a strong foundation for its future, I made my exit — handing over the reins to the team and partners — to fully dedicate my focus to Cognessa and to advancing AI leadership and strategic consulting in the region.
